I’m actually using it with my wireless CCTV for the past few days and its fast switching capability (from battery to line and vice versa) is just remarkable. It just does its job quite well. Today I got around 9 hours of backup during an electricity outtage because of a severe rainshower in my hometown. I’m a happy customer as of now. I will update the review after 6 months of use.
Update (May 2024) – It’s still provides uninterrupted backup for longer periods, just like before. Overall, it’s a great purchase for gadgets such as CCTVs and routers. I will update this review again in another 6 months.

I have been using the product since 8 months and backup around 3-4 hours. In last 15 days, the product had no power backup, so I contact RESONATE customer care and open a ticket with necessary information. The customer care team responded on timely manner and very supportive. I had return the product and received the new product as the device within warranty period. I strongly recommend the product and follow product guidelines for better performance.
Better to keep product box for 1 year warranty period, this would be needed for verification purposes in case any issues.

I brought this product one year back and it was functioning properly but after exactly one year it stopped functioning all of sudden and no luck with the repair in service center. As warranty is given only for a year there will not be any repair guaranteed after that so It’s good only for short term.

Although I am a fan of Ambrane products, I prefer RESONATE for router UPS. From my perspective, RESONATE offers better quality and provides superior backup. Based on my experience, both RESONATE products offer longer backup times compared to the Ambrane router UPS.
