The motherboard is the best and cheapest at the moment except for a fault I found. I configured this with athlon 3000G for office purpose and used dual monitor. What I found out is that when the system goes to sleep (I use windows 10) and when it wakes up the monitor which is connected by VGA doesn’t wake at all. The hdmi wakes up and I lose sight of my VGA monitor but the system thinks that both of them are up and visualising. I thought it might be one faulty motherboard and did a workaround (by turning off the sleep mode) and didn’t have the issue again. I ordered the product again and it was the same setup. Guess what I ran into again. The monitor which is connected by VGA didn’t wake up after sleep. So this motherboard has an issue by default don’t know what’s causing it. Anyways I found a workaround I’m fine with it. It’s been a month so far no trouble other than the said issue. I hope if anyone runs into the same problem I have, just try what I did and it might be the solution.

Awesome, fabulous, fantastic motherboard guys. Really the motherboard is damn good a valuable, worth it product. It will never disappoint you, if you buy it. But the packaging of the motherboard is so worst that you will get angry and feel regret on Amazon. But the fault is with seller not with the Amazon, I paid extra ₹1000 because I saw Amazon Fullfill mark on the seller profile and it charged extra ₹1000 from other sellers. So, I did. But also the packaging of the product is so worst that I got angry. The seller is Appario Retail Private Ltd. So guys try not to buy any product from this seller. You have to pick the right seller for your product. Beware of Fullfill marked seller.

I bought it to replace my old ASUS AM2 socket AMD Athlon 6000+ pc . I used the same case and power supply (ATX) . Fit perfect on the case. Compatible with my 500W atx power supply connector . Easy to connect front panel switch , usb , audio. I used it with Kingston Digital A400 SSD 120GB , Corsair Value Select 4GB Unbuffered CL15 CMV4GX4M1A2133C15, dvd-rom drive and AMD A12-9800 processor . I started a new install of Linux MINT Cinnamon 19.1 . It took me around 20 minutes to complete install. The result is amazing. Linux took a few second to start and I’m ready to surfing on the web. Very good kit for the price.

These are my notable experiences when putting this in a silent gaming build with an M.2 HD, 16 GB RAM, an AMD 200GE CPU, and Linux as the OS.
UPDATE: I upgraded the system by installing Ryzen 9 3900X and a NVIDIA 1650 Super, both with stock cooling. The components were able to work without a hitch and caused no change to the stability of the system. This was quite impressive, and the only question which remains is longevity – but I have high expectations.
The BIOS utility was not intuitive, even installing Windows 8.1 requires some hoops because legacy USB keyboard support is an issue. EZ mode and UEFI were mostly useless. Documentation was grammatically correct but barebones.
The M.2 drive requires particular BIOS settings to enable or the board simply will not recognize the disk. Updating the firmware was painless, security was adequate, and the clocks and voltages are simple. Hardware installation was uncomplicated. Overall this board has great value and a wide range of supported configurations once you coax the BIOS.

It’s an easy plug and play board, comes with lighting along audio ports, supports 192000Hz studio quality audio, which is good. The only drawback is that there is no WiFi , which you can’t expect at this price. Quality – 9/10 Functioning – 9/10 Durability – have to check yet Value for money – 8/10

Edit: Not as durable or reliable as it looks, however Warranty terms are flawless (Replaced with a new one) if there is no Customer Induced Damage. Had a lot of problems turning it on maybe was due to low quality power supply (smps) or a square wave Inverter. Doesn’t lack any features but is a gimped/nerfed motherboard for the price. MSI’s A320M A Pro (lacks m.2 nvme slot) gives a huge performance boost compared to this without changing any settings specially for Vega iGPU but this Asus Prime motherboard provides good build quality and aesthetics, also Asus has a better looking and beginner friendly bios. It really depends upon what you want from your motherboard.
Asus- Great Quality, Amazing Warranty and Good Looks with great features.
MSI & ASrock – Nerfed Looks, huge performance boost (upto 5-10%), lacks some features, good warranty, not as beginner friendly bios.

A performance é muito boa. No meu caso, serve para produção musical e cumpre os requisitos. Para jogos a board também cumpre os seus propósitos, a placa gráfica embutida no meu processador não é o ideal para render em alta definição, mas quem quer um computador para jogos adquire uma placa gráfica à parte (dedicada). O meu problema foi a motherboard vir em hibernação e ter alguns pinos dobrados, pelo que precisou de apoio técnico ainda antes de a usar, porque não funcionava depois de a montar.

Budget mother board…. I am using it with Athalon 200 ge….with 240 SSD…with 8GB ram….could put up a PC around just 17K with massive performance…. and enough for entry level gaming… . Software like Blender used for 3D content creation work like charm….very very responsive system …working fine on both UBUNTU and Windows 10…. ..only con on this mother board is ..there is no WIFI connectivity included with it ….rest all superb….and I can upgrade to Ryzen processor with out buying a new board and can also add Graphic card if I want….value for money for sure

In my case for my home video server, I need a PC capable enough to scale media and at the same time, it has to cheap. with my Athlon 200GE, it’s a perfect combo, There is no overclocking capability in my chip so I decided to go for cheap motherboard Asus offers some great product for cheap. Pros: 1.Of course, it is cheap(i mean low cost) good build quality 2.vrms are reliable compared to other motherboards 3.it has a led lighting built-in 4.great power management good for home servers 5.EZ flash support 6. The audio driver is good 7. Fan Xpert ensures silent operation 8. M.2 support 9. Good BIOS UI Cons and recommendations: In this budget, we can’t blame. It is a cheap board with cheapo chipset so pair your processors wisely Do not pair it with low-end processors so that we can have a reliable system. I bought this MB with a ton of excitement in my heart as I was building my own PC for the first time and ASUS ruined my experience. Not even a year in, The PC seemed to have a problem, because the motherboard would light up, but the PC refused to boot. The first time the same problem occurred, the technician said it was a problem with the motherboard. So, I replaced the MoBo as it was still under warranty. Unfortunately, Asus replaced it with another faulty board with a CMOS problem so, I again replaced the board from another authorized Asus service center. But still, this new board(my 3rd) also ended up having the same issue I was having at first. Windows Memory Diagnostics said there was no problem with the RAM. MoBo is the culprit. So, I bought a new board on the day I am writing this review and the PC is running just fine. I will update anything fishy happens. Happy building to all my fellow builders!
