I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product I purchased from your platform on March 29th. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue by communicating with both Amazon and the vendor, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The product in question is not compatible with GCC devices, which was not clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Despite providing a screenshot showing the GeoBlock error as evidence of the compatibility issue, I have been repeatedly asked to reinstall the product as a solution. This generic response does not address the fundamental problem with the product’s compatibility. Furthermore, I am disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and assistance from both Amazon and the vendor. Despite my attempts to seek a refund or an alternative solution, my concerns have been overlooked, and I feel that my queries have not been taken seriously. I strongly advise future customers to verify the compatibility of their devices with the product before making a purchase to avoid wasting their money on an incompatible item.

This is priced at a significant discount to buying from Microsoft directly. The seller is top notch and I use them every year for Office365 and my antivirus as well. The Activation key is perfect and you won’t need technical support because instructions come in an Amazon message and are utterly accurate.
