Those who are confused btw color or monocolor printer for home use. Just buy this and install in your house for domestic use. Connectivity is good but the wifi part of the printer i’m unable to explore or succeed in the process.

Only for printing black and white. Great speed. Only issue which I have faced is the WiFi connectivity. Sometimes it lags. Sometimes it fails to reconnect. Though the problem mainly caused by the WiFi settings of my router but after resetting the box it still causing problems as the printer recalls the previous source name every time. The resetting was not successful I presume. Nevertheless the printer is awesome for home and office use.

First the cable they sent was wrong and never replaced it. I had to buy a separate one.
Second every time I give a print I have to switch off the printer. Otherwise it will give a Decoding fail error and waste the paper with garbage print. I complained to service so many times. Nobody came to rectify it. Brother printers are better. These are utter crap. Don’t go with HP.

I was always skeptical of owning a printer as it reminded me of those bulky, jamming, photo copiers in shops.
Size is so small it can easily fit anywhere.
Wifi- somehow my Mac doesn’t print after connecting to direct wifi at first. I have to disconnect & connect again everytime to print.
Mobile printing- Doesn’t work. hp smart app on play store doesn’t even identify the printer even when connected with wifi Direct. They need to fix this issue.
Toner- led is showing empty after 1000 pages, but print quality is still decent so I am using the same cartridge till it starts fading.
Duplex- not a feature. So I have to do odd even and manually put paper again to print on the other side.
No other problems. No jamming.
Overall a great product. I wish they resolve issues with wifi, mobile printing. I would love Duplex feature.
