There was no HDMI Cable Provided & One screw was not matching with the 3 other to fix the monitor with the standing stand. Either that screw was kept wrongly or the main screw is missing and that screw is of something else in the monitor, maybe from an internal part.

32inch FHD monitor for 12999 appeared as a good deal initially and bought the product.The product is having connectivity issues with Macbook pros , it won’t connect and keeps flickering and sometimes getting connected after multiple attempts, Tried with multiple cables and different laptops and the results were the same – Contacted Amazon support they said no return or replacement and requested to contact Zebronics – Zebronics has only one option is to visit the service center physically the nearest one is about 130kms of travel. and no other options – Contacted Amazon support again and after escalations and everything the results is the same – they cannot provide a replacement or return without a denial letter which Zebronics doesn’t provide without a visit to the support center
Considering the effort to get this replaced values more than the cost of the monitor. Apparently stuck with an un usable product without any support from seller or amazon. Advise to buyers don’t ever buy unless you have a service center near your area

But for office work and coding purpose it’s really best It seems like two monitor size You can split the windows inside the monitor instead of buying two separate monitor.
