I have searched more than 2 months to choose a good laptop with my Budget. Finally found Dell laptop, which matches my requirement and most trusted brand in laptop. 1. Good performance laptop at this price range for Office related works 2. Speaker effect is good 3. Laptop is light weight 4. Battery backup is good – 4-5 hrs
Cons: 1. Not suitable for gaming perpestive. 2. Plastic quality is not upto to the mark 3. Front camera clarity is not good 4. No backlight option keyboard

Being using Dell laptop for 13 years.
Worst Dell Laptop buying experience, with in 2 months wifi drivers got corrupt and dell team can repair the drivers instead suggesting to re-install the windows. This is even happening where we have extended warranty for the laptop.Affraid how we going to deal with this now.
Even Not providing proper support to deal with it.
Think before buying any Dell product.

Earlier I had HP i5 5th gen Laptop and the rest of the features were more or less same but the best fact about this laptop is: way more faster than the previous laptops which I’ve used.
Pros: Faster, Looks, Lighter in weight, Cool mouse touchpad, Awesome Camera, Finger print enabled power button, dashing keyboard looks, less sized games run quick, no problem in multi tab works, superb sound quality.
Cons: Heating issue while playing heavy games, too much sound when used for a long time & battery backup is not as expected (after full charge, the laptop can work max for 3 to 4hrs).
Overall this are the characteristics of the laptop that I faced after I received it, yesterday.

In first amazon specification picture they promised a fingerprint scanner but when product arrived there is no fingerprint scanner and having lots of problem on powering on/off when i want to contact amazon they simply given dell support no but dell says that it is fault af amazon and seller plz give me a solution replace it and also having minor display problem
