I don’t understand what is this problem with this system. When I turned it on from the moment it was hanging and slow. Very disappointed . I purchased for doing basics things like excel and printing. I opened box after the return window closed otherwise i will definitely returned this. Now I think to change HD to ssd and add 8 gb extra ram. If it’s working i will update it.

I paid total 7400 for installing ssd 256gb and 8 gb additional ram. Now the system is very fast and I am getting enough speed to do the certain tasks.

Value for the money. PC little bit slow but manageable. Sometimes it holds for a seconds again running normal. There is no provision of installing optical drive. Remaining all ok ok
