It is Intel BE200
it seems like chips that were not up to the mark as HWinfo shows max speed at 2000 Mbps.
better off getting Intel AX200 if you’re internet device doesnt support 6Ghz or you just want to use 5G hotspot.
i have wifi6 mobile and using it i max out at 1.2gbps of the 5g jio network

Though wifi 7 router is not yet affordable right now, but with wifi 6e routers in 6ghz band works very stable.
Note: 6ghz band is not officially usable in India but since both my router Deco XE75 and this m.2 wifi 7 card is imported so 6ghz band just works.
