I have got a 9 year old desktop PC which doesn’t display it’s BIOS menu over the HDMI port. This particular module allowed me to conveniently connect the old PC to my monitor via a HDMI cable. No need for a separate VGA cable cluttering my workspace. The video output is crisp, color reproduction is good.
