I purchased 8 units of this product, however, the HDMI port is not functioning in any of them. Unfortunately, I cannot locate any customer support details for this product. Even Amazon is unable to provide me with the necessary information to claim the warranty. It is frustrating to have a 1-year warranty and not be able to reach the customer support for assistance.

Cables are too short.It must be more in length at least 12 to 14 Inch

But there is no hdmi extention (no issue there)
And i received black colour
