Dont buy mother boards online, Cpu socket pins were not ok might be damaged, return policy is also bad, they write for 7 days, actually they give for 5 days including delivery day and returning day so it is 3 days, Product has warranty of 1 year still they will not help you at all in any condition, Amazon will also not help. One important point I returned the product on website, uploaded pictures, and request for call back, on third day i seen no return is placed, again i placed return request, uploaded pics, and requested for call back, On that day I received the call, but they said they haven’t received pics of damaged product. and asked me to upload pics again. After 30 minutes I again called customer care they said return window is closed now. How it is possible that one customer care person say you can return today, but after 30 minutes return is closed. This is going on in amazon, I think customer care persons and company both are involved in all all these. I have all recording regarding these. So my suggestion is dont buy any mother board online, buy it from market otherwise you will get loss, Now my mother Board is wate. Money waste that doesn’t matter but such a big company do this thats matter. I bought near about 50 items in last 3 months, only one or two items returned. In case of this mother board i am sad seeing dealing and product quality. Each and every mother board comes with quality check from company then how it is possible that cpu socket pins in bad condition. So it is final that Seller sell their worst and damaged product to you. If you succeeded in returning damaged product then next customer will be the target. I am giving review after more than 25 days. I was thinking weather I shoud review or not, But for sake of other customers I am reviewing this. On the same day i bought Enter mother board from local market to check other products and save other product’s return policy. Actually i had bought all parts of a computer form amazon. Ok wish you best of luck if you are buying Mother board online specially from this seller.

If you are buying this product buy it at your own risk because you will not get any support from Amazon or Amazon’s seller. If you received faulty motherboard you won’t be able to get help from Amazon or Amazon’s seller. I received faulty motherboard and I contacted more than 4 times to Amazon but there was no response from them . Seller not replaced my motherboard not even giving refund. Be aware about this product

I had an old cpu with a i5 processor 2nd gen. this motherboard appears to be of solid build quality, works like a charm! surprising enough, m.2 nvme port works for boot even, locate the small manual switch on mobo. item is not returnable, but worth the ridk. overall a experience, thanks Foxin.

The mother board is really good but the seller did not pack the mother board properly as the result the board’s USB port broke and become use less Amazon should take care these type of seller who want to only sell their product but take no care of the buyers who got the damage products.
