Product is working just fine as of now. Would have been better if my laptop supported a PCIe Gen 4 port but it is only 3. So, I am getting gen 3 speeds.

It’s a great ssd. I bought for gaming purposes and I’m not dissapointed. Load times have reduced a lot and just general use is is so smooth. Super fast windows boot time. Less than 10 seconds. Simple file transfers of 1 to 10 GB in seconds

I bought this to augment the existing 1TB Samsung 970 Evo in my Windows computer, which was always full thanks to too many Steam games and a Linux dual boot.
Hardware installation was easy, and performance is great, but it took me 2-3 hours to figure out how to transfer my old Windows partition to this new drive, as this one doesn’t seem to include easy migration software–when I installed the old 970 Evo, Samsung supplied “magician” software that made the transfer really easy.

This is the only 500gb nvme under 5k on March 2024 which delivers the write speed over 4000 mbps and read more than 6000 if you have a decent motherboard which has ssd heatsink
But the seller has sent me a broken seal package and the ssd was previously installed on a motherboard and due to this the unit got bended a little
As the ssd working fine so I don’t raise a replacement.
A message for such sellers please don’t do such things

Thanks you appario retail for affordable price and new manufacturing units. Crucial brand is best and it’s a trust worthy brand because it’s manufacturer of Ram and Graphics card chips. So it’s is very old and best company in the world. The gen4 m.2 is very fast I’m using it’s give speed of 6830mbps. As a gamer it is awesome.
