Backup is approx 2-3 hrs. For the first time I ordered, it lasted for 18 months, 2nd time only for 4 months but maybe that was due to the fact that some water had been spilt on my laptop, drenching both the motherboard and the battery.

I bought this few days ago and it’s working great. In video playback it works for 4-5 hours easily. I bought from seller appario retail which is official seller of Amazon. So make sure to buy from good seller as they sell original batteries. Got this for 3000 so it’s very good for this price.

Doesn’t last as long as the original battery that came with the laptop but does the job. Gives battery backup of around 2 hours.

I ordered this product for my HP laptop, but after verifying with the HP’s official website I’ve found this product to be a fake. The box itself is original but the battery inside is not, so when you will scan the QR code on the box to check authenticity, it will show as original. I checked the steps on official website on how to identify a genuine product from a duplicate, and surprisingly this product ticked all the boxes as a fake. Here’s why
1. The HP seal was present only on one side of the box, and that too was not glued correctly ( see the images for reference)
2. The Serial number(SN) mentioned in the invoice and the box is different from the SN present on the battery and also on the seal.
3. The website say that a manufacturing date has to be present on the battery above the HP logo near the barcode, but there’s no manufacturing date present on this product.
4. The product description on the box (and on Amazon and HP’s website) says 14.8V, but on the battery 15.2V is printed.
5. There are lot of spelling mistakes in the product description printed on the battery. For eg. ‘European Regulatory’ is printed as ‘Europea Regulatory’.
Although the battery was working but one issue I faced was that I received no battery low indicator on my laptop when battery was low, instead my laptop just switched off. I didn’t face this issue with original battery which worked great for 6 years.
Better to check all these things if you’ve purchased this product. My advice would be to avoid buying from here.
Highly disappointed from the Amazon’s support as well regarding this matter.

Nice hp battery , proper fit , replaced in my hp pavillion notebook I5 15, genuine and original, the HP K104 battery classy one and so far good with around 2 1/2 battery backup packing was good
