It’s geniun product from Dell. My laptop battery backup increase up to 6-7 hour’s. It’s so easy to install. Packaging was so good.

The product was new and original. This vendor is much better than Appario systems.

It takes two hours to charge and discharge very fast. Lasts around 1.5 to 2 hours. Packaging was not very good, does not look like new Battery. Delivery boy left the packet with guard, I had to call him back to show the packaging.
Cost is pretty high but do not match with the Battery quality.

Connecting socket is little far than the original for my inspiron 5480 USA model, however it fitted and working great. Charging time is lottle more than original but it lasts as long as my original battery.

Hi, I order the battery for my laptop but it doesn’t hold charge when I returned it they refused to accept the courier and sent the fault battery back. I tried contacting the customer care but it is of use.

Well packed
My Inspiron 5570 has lost its battery life and was around 1-2 min and when I replaced it with the new battery now I get around 4-5 hrs based on my usage. I tried to open my laptop by myself and tried to replace the battery but I couldn’t, so don’t go for it if you doesn’t have any prior experiences of opening laptops.
