The dock received was dusty and had scratches. Though the replacement unit received was new, it randomly stopped working on several occasions. The firmaware update did make no difference. Tested with my two thunderbolt 4 laptops, and finally dumped this dock.

Well-built with good connectivity options. Overpriced. The main USB data cable should have been longer and come with a 90-degree connector option for cable strain relief. The power button is placed in the wrong spot, and you can press it accidentally.

Tuve que regresarlo. Conecta los dispositivos pero no carga la laptop (alienware m15 r6).
Mejor compré un dock más sencillo (DA310) y tengo la misma funcionalidad.
