I love this product. This is my second order. I gifted it to my brother and he loves it. But the second product zip puller quality is not good. All of them were broke at first time usage.
Other than this, it is a very nice product, handy, very comfortable for business travels.

with 4 wheels its easy to roam around ,It has enough space and different compartments to keep things organised and handy, got one year warranty that’s amazing in this price range.

– decent size (large enough)
– sturdy build
Cons
– very cheap material used. For example: low quality zip, the zip handles broke out in one use. It’s an unusable bag now
– the outer covering is not ragzine but cloth like. Doesn’t give a travel bag look (not sure on life of material as used the bag for only one trip yet)
– things are shiny on first look but being of cheap quality lose their shine in one use

 Quality of Chain system is very poor especially the Zippers which is getting cracked.

Review after two journeys. The best thing is the design… Because the upper pockets including that for laptop is on top, it’s literally a box. It facilitates storage, particularly the shoes. I carried two pairs of shoes, three pairs of clothes and a track suit in addition to a 15″ laptop, three files and tioleteries.
Huge, it is.
Quality is decent. The lock was broken in the second journey but I guess the baggage handlers of Indigo were responsible for it.
Have already recommended it to my daughter…. will do the same to anyone who seeks my opinion.
