I’ve used this before, but had to order again because my mouse broke after 4-5 years of usage. When I ordered this, I received a product that looked very old and had scratches on it. I had to get it replaced because the mouse wasn’t working, and the replacement never made its way to me. Only upon getting in touch with Amazon customer care twice, did I get a resolution as well as a replacement.
The replacement had faults of its own. The mouse light on the bottom doesn’t work but I chose to keep it anyway because I don’t have the energy to chase a replacement a second time.
Product works decently, has good connectivity. There’s a couple of batteries supplied as well, one for the keyboard and mouse each. Everything else from accuracy, comfort and size is good. Bottomline, buy this product but please be very wary, you might get an old product. Check everything the moment you get the delivery and return it immediately if even the smallest thing isn’t according to your requirements.

Keyboard is very smart and tidy looking. Mouse maybe feels a little cheap and plastic but it’s fine and works well. Range is massive at around 10 metres. Works with or without usb dongle via Bluetooth. All up it’s an excellent combo losing 1 star just for the slightly flimsy feeling mouse

This keyboard is excellent in excellence, my only problem was I am wanting to remove clutter from my desk by putting multi device keyboard but this one lacks dedicated keys for Mac , all its capabilities are perfect; didn’t write anything about batteries because I did not use it for that long due to the situation. Plus I have seen Dells service with my other keyboard, so it ought to be recommended. As you can see in the first picture of Dell, we are lacking dedicated keys for Mac; the second one is apple wireless keyboard which lacks windows keys, the third one is beloved Logi keys 380s and it contains all u can ask for. A note for everyone using keys 2 on Mac ; you have to disable file vault for the board to be detected at startup login
This is my third day only using these beautiful keyboards of Dell and Logi, I have this Magic Keyboard from very long back and I will deeply miss the service and beauty of Dell , The beauty of this board I am putting in 4-9th and its heavy and feels like you are using something.

I was looking for something mid-range to replace my old Microsoft Wireless keyboard and mouse set. With so many choices out there, it’s difficult to make a decision, but I eventually settled on the Dell KM7321W.
Many reviews you read or watch are subjective, and I found they didn’t really address my main concern, that was: how is the keyboard to type on?
After using it for a few weeks, I find it’s just the right balance of key height and required pressure.
It did require a little more force than my old Microsoft one, but it didn’t take long to get used to. I find it’s quite easy to type quickly and accurately on it and it’s pretty quiet too.
There’s plenty more to like about this set too though. It’s solid in its construction and sleek in its appearance. The mouse is quite light, but doesn’t feel cheap. I’m a fan of the multimedia keys and I understand the battery life is great too, but I’ve not had it long enough to test.
Overall, I’m quite happy with this set and would recommend it.
