The bag is very good in terms of quality and colour. The photograph I have attached does not clearly reveal this but this is a value for money bag.

The product is good in quality, but I am very disappointed by the services of Amazon and the seller because I got defected item. The strap of the bag at the back side got rugged very badly. I have seen this bag on another shopping platform and at a low cost with a difference of ₹30 to ₹40, no matter what. But I ordered from Amazon only because it is a trusted platform. I didn’t expect this from Amazon they gave me a defective product. Now in 2 to 3 days, the replacement has been done then after 5 days I get my new product this takes a lot of time. I want this product urgently because I have a laptop and have to go to my workspace daily during this rainy season. So I waited 4 days, but now I have to wait more 5 days. Very Disappointed by Amazon.
