    Background:
I assembled a PC with 6-core Intel Core i5-12400 (with its stock intel CPU cooler) on an MSI B660 Tomahawk Wifi motherboard in a Cooler Master Masterbox MB511 case (great case for airflow).

It has included 3 units of Cooler Master Sickleflow 120 ARGB PWM fans that came with the case. I have additionally installed 4 more fans: 3 units of Deepcool FK120s, 1 unit of Nidec Servo GentleTyphoon 120mm (pretty much top of the line fans for airflow). My use case is productivity related which does not need a graphic card. Additionally the room in which this PC is, has a fixed ambient temperature set at 28°C or lesser.

My routine work which only involves multiple tabs open in a browser with hardly 5% CPU usage saw idle temps at around 47-51°C in a 28°C ambient room temp, with spikes at around 71-73°C. 10 minute multi-core Cinebench R23 test saw CPU temps rising to 86°C. Intel says the TJmax for this CPU is 100°C and unless the processor reaches 100°C and thermal throttles, everything is fine.

    =====================================

    Some important points:
    1. The stock intel cooler barely covers 50% of the CPU IHS (see attached pic). AG620 will cover the entire CPU IHS. Already a cooling advantage!
    2. The cooler is BIG. Ensure your PC case has sufficient clearance before you buy this.
    3. If you have extra high RGB RAM modules, check their height and compare with cooler clearance. Little high can be easily accomodated.
    4. One fan splitter cable is provided to connect both fans to the single CPU fan connection on the motherboard
    5. The ARGB cables can be daisy-chained so they will also need only 1 ARGB connection on the motherboard
    6. The thermal paste is more than enough but slightly difficult to apply (since it comes in a small pouch, not a syringe)
    7. After you install this, you will have to change all the fan curves because your CPU will no longer reach the high temps it used to (curves will need to be reduced)
    8. During cooler installation, never tighten one side of the cooler completely. Always tighten both sides alternately in half or one clockwise screwdriver turn to ensure even spread of the thermal paste.
    9. This is Noctua NH-D15 level performance at half the price!

    =====================================

Results in a 28°C ambient room temperature:

    Stock intel heat sink:
    Idle temps 47-51°C
    Temp spikes 71-73°C
    Cinebench R23 multi-core 10 minute test: 86°C

    Deepcool AG620 BK:
    Idle temps 25-27°C
    Temp spikes 40-41°C
    Cinebench R23 multi-core 10 minute test: 53°C

    =====================================

    Conclusion:
This Deepcool AG620 has brought down my core i5-12400’s idle temps down by 25°C and max temps by more than 30°C!

This cooler is definitely overkill for core i5-12400 but cool components = reliable long life at max efficiency & performance! Plus, future upgrade to hotter CPUs is a no brainer from a cooling perspective.

    PS:
I avoided liquid cooled solutions because of:
    1. Multiple failure points (pump, hose connections, spills, evaporation etc.)
    2. There is nothing that could go wrong with an air cooler except the fans……in which case I will just slap 2 Nidec Servo GentleTyphoon 120s on it. So yeah, reliability is King.

Great performance . Noise free at peak performance also . system specs I7 , 12th Gen 12700 , 80 gb Ram , RTX 2060 Ti 12 GB , 6 Tb HDD , Before while rendering complex scenes in after effects my system temperature will at 100 % But now it have it crossed 85 % even at multi tasking rendering . Amazing product . worth buying.

Best price available during the sell. Must have product. It literally reduces the core temperature than other simple cooling fan. Very good product.

What’s interesting about this CPU air cooler is the price and the value it provides. I was skeptical about this cooler at first due to its cheap price.

Thanks a guy on YouTube have helped me know about the efficiency of this cooler and offer a step-by-step guide on installing this cooler has made me buy this cooler for my Ryzen 2600x.

Since I built my PC I was relying on the stock cooler but temp soon getting high when playing games or remain above 50^ in idle mode.

The worst thing is with AMD is the temp spikes which is a major concern for most budget PC builds. The temp after using this CPU cooler has massive dropped. With 6 case fan installed I can’t find the reason for overheating. Since I found a video explaining the installation process I took no time to buy it.

The installation is pretty straight with provided paste (good quality) the CPU cooler did a decent job lowering my temp of 25^ approx. The CPU fan has a blue LED and goes straight into the CPU 4-Pin connector But sadly which the Fan lighting cannot be turned off.

Anyways it looks decent and better than most CPU coolers. Although I expect the CPU fan to be RGB at least in dirt-cheap price. But the most highlighting factors of this CPU cooler is the extra fins (greater surface area) offering awesome heat dissipation right from the moment when CPU kicks in.

I never tried a CPU cooler before but after using it more than 2 days I am very satisfied with the ability to manage thermals on my PC. I have attached a few screenshots for reference.

    >>Highlights<<
    >>Tower size CPU cooler with 157mm of height
    >>Extra fins offer a better surface area for better heat dissipation
    >>CPU fan remains silent even in full speed.
    >>Easy installation and can be installed without taking out the Mobo from the case
    >>Good quality thermal paste provided
    >>Temps on 100 loads didn’t go over 71^
    >>Best CPU air cooler for AMD Ryzen CPU’s

Was not expecting the Gammax 400 V2 Blue to be so damn good.
Currently 4 stars cuz I’ve used it only for 3 weeks.
Will upgrade it to 5 after a year or so, provided it maintains its performance.

    System specs:-
    CPU: i5 4th gen.
2 front intake fans (120 mm), stock.
1 rear fan (120 mm), Corsair.

Following were the CPU temps, stock vs Gammax.
    Ambient temperature: 35 to 38 °C.

Intel stock cooler. 4 years old and recently deep-cleaned:
    Idle temps: 36 to 45 °C.
    Medium load: 50-60 °C.
Gaming: Would shoot up to 100 °C after 30+ minutes of gaming, regardless of gaming load.

    GAMMAX V2 Blue:
    Idle temps: 40 to 43 °C.
    Medium load: 45 to 50 °C.
Gaming: Refuses to go beyond 55 °C even after 2+ hours of 60-80% CPU usage.

Now I’ll list the pros and cons.

    Pros:-
    1. Excellent value.
    2. Smallest one I could find in this design with a 120 mm fan.
    3. Mounting bracket and overall process very easy, if installing with the mobo outside the case.
    4. Will fit in a case with 157 mm between the CPU and case side panel.
    5. Good RAM clearance.
    6. Looks aesthetically pleasing.

    Cons:-
    1. Could be slightly loud for some folks.
    2. Not easy to install if your case is small and you’re swapping out coolers without removing the mobo.
