This lock is not compatible with ASUS and Dell laptops. It is unable to activate the lock once placed into the laptop’s Kensington port.

Das Sicherungskabel mit Zahlenschloss ist ideal zum Notebook sichern im Hotel geeignet, wenn man nicht immer im Hotel ist. Auch unterwegs oder auf “Messen” zum Sichern geeignet. Klar, eine “Panzersicherung” ist es nicht, aber es wird einen potenziellen Dieb abschrecken oder Zeit kosten, beim Versuch.
Handhabung ist Kinderleicht. Das Lock-Kabel um einen festen Gegenstand umwickeln – im Hotel z. B. schweres Möbel oder um den Heizkörper. Die Sicherung mit der Lock-Öffnung am Notebook verbinden und eine gut merkt bare Zahl einstellen. Fertig.
Es ist nicht nur für Hardware von HP geeignet.
