Tried with two different i7 configuration laptops, doesn’t change the temperature that much (laptop still runs hot), noisy(additional to laptop fan noise), no return policy so stuck with this, might work on lower config laptop but not for performance oriented laptops

 The Portronics Laptop Air Cooling Pad strikes a perfect balance between durability and portability. Measuring 250 mm in width and 360 mm in length, it’s conveniently compact yet spacious enough to accommodate most laptops.
At the rear, you’ll find two USB ports and two fan regulators, allowing you to adjust the cooling intensity from off to maximum. Each set of three fans is controlled by one regulator. Additionally, there’s a push-button for LED lighting with three modes.
Furthermore, it features a 7-step adjustment mechanism to ensure precise angle inclination and includes a versatile mobile holder that can be conveniently attached to either side of the cooling pad.
The performance of the fans is impressively quiet, efficiently dissipating heat from your laptop’s surface during operation. Notably, the fans operate independently of the LED lights, ensuring continuous cooling even when the lights are turned off

 The cooling pad is literally amazing, the fans are very silent you will not hear any noise, cooling is good.
This cooling pad is not for 17Inch laptop as mentioned by the company so if you have 17 inch laptop then don’t buy it. I have Lenovo legion 5i pro which is 15.6 inch laptop and it fits properly covering the edges perfectly I am posting the photos and videos you can check ✅

Cons first:
– Height adjusting mechanism has no way to lock both legs in place. Every time you pick this thing up with the laptop on top of it (which I do quite often when moving things around), it sort of falls apart and both “legs” independently move around which is a horrible design decision. What kind of cooling pad is this where picking it up and moving it around with the entire laptop is such a problem? Takes away from porability.
– Colors are simply awful. It looks EXACTLY like the photo – no color cycling, no color options, just red green and blue fixed lights. I’d rather have no lights instead, this doesn’t match any color schemes in my setup and looks obnoxious.
– “Phone holder” is not big enough. If you have a thick phone case, it’ll simply not fit in the holder. Most people use phone cases to protect their devices. I won’t take my phone out of the holder just to put it there, and now the whole feature is unusable for me.
Now, the pros:
– Cooling performance is good enough (don’t expect your laptop’s temps to drop under load, since these things are designed to automatically increase power limit and clock speeds under load based on thermal headroom. Your laptop will be faster but at the same temperature as before.)
– Build quality of the grill is solid and feels good and reliable – Easily holds up big heavy laptops up to 15.6″ – Has a locking mechanism that prevents the laptop from slipping off the pad if the height angle is too much – USB Passthrough works well – Fan speed control is good – Fixed color strip around the pad can be turned off, fan LEDs still stay on – Folds well and can be carried around without much difficulty
Overall conclusion – only this cooling pad if you don’t carry the cooling pad with your laptop on top of it (in-place), and if you either keep it at a fixed spot/height or fold everything and take it somewhere else every time.
I’ll say this could be a lot better. I went with portronics because their speakers and other tech is amazing. This cooling pad and it’s design needs a lot more refinement though. I’ll recommend getting something better.
