My use case is not very heavy. I stream coaching videos to prepare for exams. For that purpose, it is a value for money product. I heats up a bit, but its performance is not much affected. I don’t hold it in my hand, so the heating part is not a problem for me, until the performance is unaffected.

I have purchased this on 19 Mar2024. I’m not using it much, but whenever I try to use it, the connection is usually shaky. Pages do not open, connection speed is also slow in this. My fiber plan is with Airtel. Every other gadget, including the laptop and LED TV, is operating well, However, this isn’t working; the connection is still erratic even as I type this comment. I believe there should be a refund option for customers if any device does not perform properly during the warranty period.
DO NOT BUY THIS.

I use a desktop computer and purchased this adapter to connect my pc with my WiFi router. It’s plug and play with support for Windows and Mac. But I was using a Linux OS at the time and didn’t pay attention to the compatibility while purchasing. So it caused me a bit of trouble utilizing this. You can still install a driver for this if you are a Linux user (just google a bit) but it’s not that seamless like Windows or Mac and you might lose connection time to time. It would be great if the manufacturer extends support for Linux too. I have used this with my Windows laptop and it works great.
