After extensive research, I decided to make this purchase, and I must say, it truly lives up to its value, especially at this price point. It pleasantly surprised me with its larger size, offering ample screen surface. Moreover, it boasts a range of eye-care modes, ensuring comfortable extended use.
However, the only downside I’ve encountered is the sound output, which falls a bit short in terms of volume. Nevertheless, this can easily be remedied by connecting external speakers for an enhanced audio experience.
They also sent along an adaptor for 16 A to 6A connection which was unexpected.

Absolutely superb for the price. Bought for a family member but have had a chance to use it myself and it’s great as a second monitor or as a basic main display.
It wouldn’t be a good choice for gaming due to the refresh rate but for productivity work it’s fantastic!
Doesn’t have a USB hub or any fancy features like a KVM from a more upmarket display but that’s not an issue especially at this price point.
Screen quality is very good with no stuck or dead pixels visible and decent viewing angles as expected with IPS displays. IPS glow seems minimal.
Needs calibrating if it’s going to be used for photo/video work. Calibrating didn’t make a massive difference though which is good to see as it suggests the colours were reasonably accurate to start with, and usually with cheaper monitors the post calibration results are wildly different.
All in all it’s a great bit of kit and would easily recommend it for productivity work or as a secondary display.

After using the monitor for about a month, here’s my honest review:
Pros:
1. Solid build quality – the stand is chunky and sturdy, with no wobble whatsoever.
2. Matte screen.
3. No glossy surfaces on the body.
4. Good color accuracy, especially for editing in Lightroom; blacks are deep enough.
5. True 100Hz refresh rate.
6. Dedicated button for blue light control.
7. Thin bezels.
8. Low backlight bleeding – it’s more or less diffused throughout the panel and isn’t very noticeable.
9. No dead pixels.
10. The anti-glare coating works well too.
Cons:
1. The automatic brightness control system tends to set the brightness too high (80-100 percent) in well-lit environments.
2. Lack of a clip or routing channel behind the monitor for cable management.
3. Useless speakers, even at maximum volume.
I purchased it for 8600 rupees, and it’s definitely value for money. However, I can’t speak about the quality of the after-sales service or customer support of BenQ.
For clarification, this monitor isn’t primarily designed for gaming; it’s more of a value-for-money all-rounder.

Bought this monitor on 5th Jan 2018 at Rs. 15,499 in lightning deal
Following are my observations:
1) The first thing I noticed is that top and side bezels of the monitor are very thin which is aesthetically pleasing and gives it a premium look.
2) Screen is decent and has good brightness and contrast. Not sure about color reproduction but it feels alright.
3) Screen has a refresh rate of 60 Hz at 1920×1080 resolution. However it has an option of 75 Hz at 1024×768 resolution also.
4) Even though this monitor has Eye Care (Bright Intelligence), I felt that the sensor adjusted brightness is on higher side for my liking.
5) There is slight backlight bleed at top left corner of monitor which is noticeable only in very dark environments but overall has uniform IPS Glow.
6) Response time mentioned on the box is 5ms (Gray to Gray) and I felt it to be good for FPS games. Overall, it’s a good monitor for casual gaming.
7) It comes with UK style power cord and needs a converter/adapter or a spike guard will work.
8) The box also includes HDMI cable and the monitor has cable management as shown in product description which I felt is a nice addition to the package.

This monitor also has in-built speakers which are pointed downwards. The quality of audio from them is nothing to brag about and max volume is that of a typical tablet (my iPad Pro 12.9″ 2017 has better sound output than them) but no complaints here considering the price of the monitor.
Overall this monitor is value for money product considering the price I got it for.

Posseggo questo monitor da un anno e ne sono molto soddisfatta.
Le immagini hanno dei colori ottimi per la fascia di prezzo, colori che mi hanno permesso più volte di avere una buona fedeltà per la fotografia e la grafica.
Cosa da non sottovalutare è la presenza della display Port, interfaccia che allunga la longevità del prodotto.
Uno dei motivi fondamentali per cui ho acquistato questo monitor, oltre che per il display IPS a 24 pollici, è la presenza della tecnologia per il controllo della luce blu.
Per necessità sono al PC per più di 6 ore al giorno, e quando non utilizzo software di grafica o fotografia, è molto importante per la salute dei miei occhi tenere attiva la modalità che riduce al minimo la luce blu, con aggiunta delle varie modifiche ai colori di Windows o Linux (non ho avuto problemi con quest’ultimo).
La differenza con il monitor che possedevo prima si sente eccome, anche se alla fine della giornata sono stanco anche con gli occhi, non sento quella pesantezza che avvertivo con il vecchio monitor NTC (suggerisco, nel caso, l’acquisto di occhiali con filtro della luce blu).
La luminosità è davvero alta, proprio per questo motivo sconsiglio di utilizzarla al massimo, sopratutto durante le ore notturne (anche se è presente un piccolo sensore di luminosità che adatta la luminosità del monitor alla luce circostante).
Per quanto riguarda i videogiochi, devo dire che è ottimo(per il mio uso), la resa dei colori del pannello IPS è molto gradevole, anche se non lo usufruisco per titoli tripla A. Sconsiglio il monitor per titoli competitivo e/o frenetici, in quanto la frequenza massima senza overclock è di 75 hertz e il tempo di risposta è di 5ms, ma tutto sommato per giochi strategici lenti è un buon prodotto.
L’audio è abbastanza basso, ma non è sgradevole, inizialmente mia aspettavo un audio basso e gracchiante ma tutto sommato è un audio accettabile.
A questo prezzo è davvero imbattibile.
Voglio segnalare che, inizialmente, mi è arrivato un prodotto difettoso, prontamente rimborsato da Amazon, sarà stato probabilmente un problema isolato.

It’s a really good product and good delivery. Its worth the price, providing excellent picture quality. I especially like the low blue light features, which are helpful when using it for work (primarily coding and reading documents) for 10 hours a day. The in-built speaker is a miss, both in terms of quality and loudness. It doesn’t get loud enough to warrant normal use. But I guess everyone uses external speakers or headphones anyways. It contains an HDMI cable in the box, which is useful.
CAUTION:
The most confusing aspect, perhaps, is the plug size on the power adapter. Now, the power adapter is rated for a standard 10Amp supply, but they provided a larger 16 Amp plug with the adapter. That’s the plug used for high-power electronics such as washing machines and microwaves. It does not fit in a standard 10/11Amp power socket. So keep that in mind before buying this monitor. If you don’t have a 16Amp compatible power socket where you will place the monitor, you might need to find other solutions or get one installed there. I did not try using 16Amp to 10Amp adapter for fear of voiding warranty but that could be a cheaper solution.

Ich habe mir diesen Monitor für die Arbeit gekauft aber Spiele auch ab und an und schaue Gaming an. Für mich ist dieses Modell total ausreichend und der Preis ist auch gut.
Pro:
– Preis-Leistung passt
– Design modern und Zeitlos
– für meine Verhältnisse und Anwendung keine Schlieren
– lässt sich alles gut einstellen (Höhe und seitwärts drehen)
– Menü für Monitoreinstellungen passt für mich und ist verständlich
– hab ihn jetzt schon länger und keine Fehler oder dinge, die kaputtgegangen sind
Contra:
– gibt für mich nichts
Alles in allem ein solider Monitor für kleines Geld. Ob er für einen Gamer der 12h am Tag zockt, geeignet ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Für mich auf jeden Fall reicht es 🙂
Ich würde ihn mir wieder kaufen und kann ihn Empfehlen.

Cet écran respire le sérieux. Très bien construit. Bonne qualité. Je l’utilise pour web, bureautique, visionnage de films, rédaction de textes…. J’en suis très satisfait. Nombreuses possibilés de réglages de luminosité, pour adapter à chaque type d’utilisation. La qualité de construction est excellente. Quant aux prix, il en découle un rapport qualité – prix tout simplement excellent.
