It’s geniun review Don’t buy this product and don’t buy this from Amazon, Amazon is selling 2nd hand laptop it’s not new one and they are not ready to replace it. Product is defective and after the technician visit also amzon is not ready to replace it. Nobody from the support team is giving solution worst experience from amazon

Very good laptop. There is no flickering issue, and very smooth running
Graphics are amazing 😍, sound Quality is very good but volume is low you have add extension for loud music 🎶.

After ordering the laptop I was very excited but today when I opened it only got disappointment after getting this defective laptop. I never expected this from Asus.
Latest Update, I have got the DOA letter from Asus, but now Amazon refusee to pick up the Laptop from me. Now I am stuck with this defective Laptop.

only downside i can see is that it can not have more than 16 GB ram. but even with 16 GB its working pretty awesome

I bought the laptop and after the delivery, found out that mousepad is not working, when raised for replacement, the amazon says that for brands like Asus, they don’t offer replacement. We need to find out the service center within 7 days and get the defected product replaced.

There is no heating issue as such if you are into light weight tasks like browsing or ms office apps. For gaming, yes it gets little warm which is obvious. There is no screen flickering issue as such with my device which most other customers were complaining about.

Beware this particular model doesn’t have support page, you can’t get latest drivers. Screen Flickering issue appearing, can’t update the GPU driver, my asus app is not showing any update whereas there is a related update in market. Only choice i have is to take it to service center with in one month of purchase.
