Though Dell laptops are good, their touchscreen is fragile. If you are right handed the right bottom corner screen/bezel will break and if you are left handed the left bottom corner will break. This issue i have with many dell touchscreen laptops.
Requesting Dell to do something about it.

8 gb ram for this laptop is very low, system gets stuck with even daily browsing activities, it’s better to get minimum 16 or 32 gb ram it’s taking 70% of 8 gb ram just to run system software, i suggest better go for 16 gb or higher ram for smooth performance

The product was defective , keyboard was not functioning. Product was returned.
Amazon gave pathetic service of returning process
Moreover 2 years additional warranty was taken which should be auto cancelled…. But not cancelled yet and refuse to return money as well….

 I recently purchased laptop (Dell inspiron 7420 2 in 1 i5 8GB 512GB) from amazon and I couldn’t be more disappointed. From day 1 touch screen is completely non-functional. It is very frustrating when you pay a premium for a laptop and can’t even utilise this basic functionality. As if that wasn’t bad enough the touchpad has also been a nightmare I have tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested in the manual, but nothing has fixed the issue. First time I ever had a worst experience. No one can solve this problem and also doesn’t replace or repair. Also they are not taking any responsibility. I really wasted my 72,000/- for this bad product.
Save your money and look elsewhere for a laptop that actually works as advertised.
